We provide intact products. Do not receive an opened product.

Disposable Vape:

No warranty is accepted for disposable Vape. Check Reviews online before buying.

Open Product:

Return the product to the delivery man if it is open. Also, if there is any problem, send it to our address by phone within 24 hrs.

Fix Product:

Do not try to open and fix the product yourself.

Return Product:

Send everything together with the product packaging. We will look into it and take further action.

Problem With Product:

Only if there is a problem with the product at the time of receiving, we will look into it and take action. We are not obligated to provide warranty/replacement in case of any subsequent problem with the running product.

Refunds:

We do not provide Refunds of any sort.

Opened/Used Product:

we cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened or used without manufacturing or functional fault.
